Notes:

Regarding the submission of a change of supervisor, please consult with the Head of Study Program by submitting the reason for submitting a change of thesis supervisor and the progress of the thesis work before filling out the application form for a change of supervisor.

Thesis Examiner submission procedure:

1. After registering for the thesis trial through the faculty link, students apply for examiners through the link provided above.
2. Students monitor regularly on the link above until the names of the Chairperson and Secretary of the trial appear which are arranged by the Head of the Study Program.
3. After the names of the Examiner and Secretary are known, students confirm the time of the trial with the agreement of the 3 lecturers involved (Supervisor, Chairperson, & Secretary).
4. If the trial is held offline, students coordinate regarding the room used according to the schedule with the faculty administration. If the trial is held online, students coordinate the scheduling of the zoom link with the study program admin.
5. After the time and room are confirmed, students confirm the time and room to the Admin Prodi for the need to issue an Invitation Letter for Examiners.
6. The examiner invitation letter will be sent in digital form (.pdf) to the student's email address according to the one used when requesting a Hearing Examiner (it is recommended to use your own email to avoid misprocedures).
7. After the invitation file is received by students, students prepare the exam script along with the examiner's invitation and distribute it directly to all examiners involved. (Print out or soft file, please coordinate with each lecturer involved).
